It is still very busy on MW with many, many stations heard from Holland during the last few days. We have been able to hear some stations for the first time... Vulcano, Uitzendkract, Weduwe, Atlantis, 28, Frieloo and Electron. Of those, Atlantis had the strongest signal with a programme in conjunction with Varie FM on 1620. Radio 28 was on an interesting frequency, up on 1693 with a long programme that ended at 0242 Dutch time!

Friday night was interesting, with the return of Zeewolf, who was doing very well indeed with 130w. Hopefully he will be back on air every Friday evening, along with Relmus, who was on air with a traditional long programme fom early in the evening.

Conditions on Saturday evening were long skip. Signals were weaker than usual here in the UK but Euromast, Batavier and Barones were all heard in Newfoundland, Canada. However, Bravo Sierra and Musketier were both heard here in England, albeit with weak signals, running around 25 watts of power. The strongest signal of the evening at our location was Barones, and Eldorado was doing very well with a fine signal and some nice English announcements and jingles.

Closer to home, Zeewolf was making the distance to NW England on Friday with some music audible, 13221.
