Right now we do some test transmissions (almost every night) on 1616 kHz. at 21 UTC (23:00 European summer time) and one hour to 22 UTC. We transmits with 500W PEP and 'often visible' on Utwente SDR (as a little pip) .
So if you have a good antenna and radio, we would be happy to get an report. We acknowledge with an 'electronic' QSL cards.
We use a Dipole antenna (2x22 meter with coils). BUT it is a 'secret antenna' not very visible between trees just 10 meters up, so this might be a problem. We have received reports in an easterly direction all the way from Finland, so the chance direction Netherlands, as a absolute opportunity.
